Blocked, burned, and signed by hand.
One hat at a time, start to finish, at a single bench. Nothing is die-cut, nothing is reprinted — the marks you see are the ones a hand left behind.

Wool bodies are steamed, blocked and creased over wooden forms until the hat fits a head and a personality.

Every brim and crown carries pyrography drawn freehand — moths, ferns, and understory botanicals scorched into the felt.

One of one
No two pieces repeat. Bands are braided, edges stitched in waxed thread, and each piece is signed when it leaves the bench.
